Now we are building a more advanced AI enabled growth engine across multiple European markets. This is not a traditional data internship. You will work at the intersection of data, AI and performance marketing.
You will:
- Analyse full funnel performance across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
- Evaluate conversion rates per country, channel and product
- Build AI driven lead scoring models
- Develop AI powered funnel optimisation workflows
- Improve CRM automations based on behavioural data
- Use AI to accelerate A B testing and experimentation
- Identify conversion bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions
- Structure CRM data for smarter targeting
- Support predictive modelling initiatives
You will directly influence growth and commercial performance across multiple markets.
Who we are looking for:
- You are studying Data Science, Business Analytics, Econometrics, AI, Marketing or a related field
- You think in funnels and conversion
- You understand how data creates commercial impact
- You are analytical and pragmatic
- You actively experiment with AI tools
- You are fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Experience with CRM systems
- Knowledge of marketing automation
- Python, SQL or BI tools
- Prompt engineering experience
