Content is our entry point. AI is our multiplier. We are building an AI first content engine across three European markets and are looking for someone who wants to design and scale it with us. You will be responsible for building and scaling AI driven content production across multiple countries and languages.
You will:
- Produce AI generated videos for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
- Write high converting scripts for financial explainer videos
- Create static ad creatives using AI image tools
- Generate SEO optimised blog content with AI support
- Produce multilingual content for international audiences
- Test hooks, angles and formats for performance
- Build repeatable AI content workflows
- Repurpose content across multiple channels
- You will experiment, analyse performance and scale what works across markets.
Who we are looking for:
- You are studying Marketing, Creative Business, Media, Communication or AI
- You are deeply interested in AI tools and creative automation
- You understand short form content and performance marketing
- You think in hooks and conversion
- You are independent, proactive and execution driven
- You are fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Experience with short form video
- Knowledge of paid advertising
- SEO fundamentals
- Editing tools experience
