The information that must be included is:
The date the damage occurred and a description of the event with information on what was damaged together with photos.
It takes between 24 and 48 hours to report a damage. After this time you will receive feedback from us.
The damage form is a document that must be completed together with the other party involved in the collision. It is an indispensable document which will ensure that our compensation is valued correctly, which will speed up obtaining the amount due.

If, in the event of a collision, you are unable to continue driving your vehicle, please call the telephone number on your green card.
